Had a great experience with our car search from Hyundai Ontario. Tracy has been helpful providing information about the Ionics 5 and Kona electric which were the preferred first car choices of my daughter. And, as advised by Brian and Tracy, Hyundai is the safest car. I was very careful choosing a car for my daughter as she is a new driver. Tracy helped us find it in Ionics when she provided relevant info and stories of young drivers who were driving the Ionics. True enough, when my daughter was driving the Ionics, the lane assist and other functions indeed convinced me that we made a good choice. Tracy was patient in guiding us with the app that goes along with the Ionics electric car. It’s truly a great car and I’m glad Tracy showed us why. A big shout out to Brian too for guiding us through the purchase process and going through all my questions. You guys are incredible. The whole experience was a breeze. Jane is the absolute BEST! If you need a car, she’s got you! If you need service, finance, sales, whatever it is- she’s the go to! We’ve bought two cars from her and she’s an absolute angel! I picked a color combo that only had three existing in Southern California. Not only did she find what I wanted, she had it there the NEXT DAY! Worried about spending all day at the dealership? Don’t! She preps everything a day in advance and all you do is come in, take your car for a test drive and sign. 30 minutes in and out. Can’t thank her enough for all of her hard work and commitment!
