I had asked for an inspection because the car is 6 years old. I liked how extensive it was and problems were rated so I could decide what need immediate attention and what could wait. The service person was honest and explained everything. I was not pressured to do any of the non critical items. Some were warranty items that were immediately addressed.

As a first time car buyer, I have to say it was one of the scariest yet exciting experiences I’ve ever had. My girlfriend and I were shopping for a vehicle just right for us. After visiting a couple Toyota dealers and Honda dealers we decided to check out Hyundai in Ontario. We were greeted immediately by Beshoy who was very friendly and very helpful. Extremely positive experience. A very professional team

At this moment, one star is what they have earned. This mostly due to the lack of communication on the status of our car. We told them when we purchased our used car that we lived in San Diego. This is the second time the car has had to be serviced. Yes they did tow the car back to Ontario and they gave a courtesy car for our convenience. After the first repair, we took the car to have it evaluated. The coils needed to be replaced. Not an expensive replacement when caught in time. But there are no return of phone calls or emails and it has been a week. This is truly disappointment and falls under the stereotype of used car salesman. Just tell us the truth. Show character.
