I had an incredible experience at Ontario Hyundai purchasing my 2026 Hyundai Santa Cruz, all thanks to Jane Namkung. She went completely beyond my expectations! Jane found the exact vehicle I wanted at another dealership and traded for it immediately. There was zero nonsense and absolutely no pressure to add on extra packages. While they were transporting and detailing the truck, she efficiently handled the preliminary paperwork and sent me home to save me time. When a temporary issue with my bank delayed my trade-in deal with CarMax on Saturday, Jane didn't skip a beat. She invited me in to inspect the new vehicle, which was beautifully shined up and ready.
