I had asked for an inspection because the car is 6 years old. I liked how extensive it was and problems were rated so I could decide what need immediate attention and what could wait. The service person was honest and explained everything. I was not pressured to do any of the non critical items. Some were warranty items that were immediately addressed.
I had a great experience purchasing a Certified Preowned Ioniq 6 at Ontario Hyundai. Fernando and Dennis were great to work with and the deal we worked out beat all nearby competitors. Make sure to ask for them when you stop by!

At this moment, one star is what they have earned. This mostly due to the lack of communication on the status of our car. We told them when we purchased our used car that we lived in San Diego. This is the second time the car has had to be serviced. Yes they did tow the car back to Ontario and they gave a courtesy car for our convenience. Very pleased with the Customer Service and the repair on our 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Plug-in SUV. Spencer kept in contact with us and made sure we knew the progress on the car which required a new transmission. He arranged for a car for us that was an SUV comparable to what we had—just a bit smaller. My 2nd car from this dealership. We have 3 Hyundais in our driveway. We have been coming here and getting maintenance on our cars for years. This weekend Fernando helped us with a new quick purchase. Stop by and ask for him. Good people. Thank you Ontario Hyundai for always helping with engine lights, recalls, and regular oil changes. Every one here is important. From when the gates need to be opened 7am to the gentleman who brings out my car after maintenance, they all try their best. Kindness and respect means a lot.

I never imagined buying a car could just be fun! We visited the dealership twice before purchasing a 2026 Ioniq 5. The sales staff was knowledgeable but never pushy. I never felt pressured or up-sold. I wasn’t stressed out. We left with excellent financing and a car we truly love.
