Dropped my car off around 12:30 PM for a 1:45 PM appointment, and they accommodated the early arrival with zero hassle. My service advisor, Jake, went absolutely above and beyond to make sure my car door actuators got fixed quickly. I was expecting a much longer wait, but to my surprise, the car was ready to go just a few hours later. Super smooth process and excellent customer service from Jake. Highly recommend!

Great service. I was told two hours so I stayed at the dealership. The waiting room was nice and comfortable, has an 85 inch tv that was showing the world cup, a crazy coffee machine and snacks. There was a charging area as well. I was texted a video of my inspection and got updates via my phone. Was done in under two hours. Great experience.

Raylen was amazing tonight 7/1/26. We has previsouly called requesting a car and she had no problem making sure that is was available and ready for a test drive. I had asked for an inspection because the car is 6 years old. I liked how extensive it was and problems were rated so I could decide what need immediate attention and what could wait. The service person was honest and explained everything. I was not pressured to do any of the non critical items. Some were warranty items that were immediately addressed.
I had a great experience purchasing a Certified Preowned Ioniq 6 at Ontario Hyundai. Fernando and Dennis were great to work with and the deal we worked out beat all nearby competitors. Make sure to ask for them when you stop by!

At this moment, one star is what they have earned. This mostly due to the lack of communication on the status of our car. We told them when we purchased our used car that we lived in San Diego. This is the second time the car has had to be serviced. Yes they did tow the car back to Ontario and they gave a courtesy car for our convenience.
