I had asked for an inspection because the car is 6 years old. I liked how extensive it was and problems were rated so I could decide what need immediate attention and what could wait. The service person was honest and explained everything. I was not pressured to do any of the non critical items. Some were warranty items that were immediately addressed.

I had a great experience purchasing a Certified Preowned Ioniq 6 at Ontario Hyundai. Fernando and Dennis were great to work with and the deal we worked out beat all nearby competitors. Make sure to ask for them when you stop by!

I helped a family friend purchase a new Palisade and had a great experience working with Beshoy and Dennis. Both were very accommodating, easy to work with, and straightforward no unnecessary back and forth or games. We inquired in the morning and had the deal finalized the same day. Communication was excellent throughout, and they delivered on every front.

I’m the guy that will walk if something feels off by $250. So when I say this was the smoothest car buying experience I’ve had, I mean it. From the very first interaction, Tracy was completely transparent. No bait and switch, no “let me talk to my manager” nonsense, no surprises when the numbers hit the screen. What she said is what it was. We ended up buying not one, but TWO Ioniq 5s from her—and that doesn’t happen by accident. What stood out: * Speed – She moves. When we were ready, she had everything lined up. Paperwork was tight, communication was fast, and she respected our time. * Transparency – We went back and forth on incentives, stacking rebates, even down to small dollar differences—and she kept it real the entire time. * No pressure – At no point did we feel pushed. Very pleased with the Customer Service and the repair on our 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Plug-in SUV. Spencer kept in contact with us and made sure we knew the progress on the car which required a new transmission. He arranged for a car for us that was an SUV comparable to what we had—just a bit smaller. We were able to was contact Hyundai Ontario and speak to Spencer or leave a voicemail which he promptly responded to with a call back. This was very much appreciated when other car dealers we have dealt with have automated attendants that take a voicemail that never gets a reply back. We have had that experience at the dealership where we purchased the car, which was used when we bought it, and they had the car for a week, did nothing, and never updated us. Spencer kept us updated and when the inspection showed that some maintenance was needed, we were able to get that done before picking up the car. The car drives great and we are very happy with the results. We will definitely get the car serviced at Ontario Hyundai from now on.

My 2nd car from this dealership. We have 3 Hyundais in our driveway. We have been coming here and getting maintenance on our cars for years. This weekend Fernando helped us with a new quick purchase. Last year I visited several different Hyundai dealerships, and unfortunately the experiences were awful—I really felt like they took advantage of single mothers. My workout buddy recently bought a brand-new Hyundai and has been working with Lawrence for years for all of her vehicle purchases, so I decided to contact him. I’m so glad I did!
