I had asked for an inspection because the car is 6 years old. I liked how extensive it was and problems were rated so I could decide what need immediate attention and what could wait. The service person was honest and explained everything. I was not pressured to do any of the non critical items. Some were warranty items that were immediately addressed.

I helped a family friend purchase a new Palisade and had a great experience working with Beshoy and Dennis. Both were very accommodating, easy to work with, and straightforward no unnecessary back and forth or games. We inquired in the morning and had the deal finalized the same day. Spencer kept in contact with us and made sure we knew the progress on the car which required a new transmission. He arranged for a car for us that was an SUV comparable to what we had—just a bit smaller. We were able to was contact Hyundai Ontario and speak to Spencer or leave a voicemail which he promptly responded to with a call back. This was very much appreciated when other car dealers we have dealt with have automated attendants that take a voicemail that never gets a reply back. We have had that experience at the dealership where we purchased the car, which was used when we bought it, and they had the car for a week, did nothing, and never updated us. Spencer kept us updated and when the inspection showed that some maintenance was needed, we were able to get that done before picking up the car. The car drives great and we are very happy with the results. We will definitely get the car serviced at Ontario Hyundai from now on.

My 2nd car from this dealership. We have 3 Hyundais in our driveway. We have been coming here and getting maintenance on our cars for years. This weekend Fernando helped us with a new quick purchase. I had a great experience working with Jane, the Fleet Manager at Ontario Hyundai. I told her from the start that I really do not have the patience for the typical dealership process, and she completely respected that. Everything was handled over the phone and online, and she got me the best deal on exactly what I wanted. My dad actually came with me when I went to pick up the car. I had told him ahead of time that I was going to handle everything online and then just walk in and have Jane hand me the keys. He kept telling me there was no way a dealership would actually work like that. On the way there he kept saying things like, “I bet you still have to do this,” or “I bet they didn’t include that.” Every time he checked the paperwork he realized everything had already been handled exactly the way it should be. Jane told me the car would be ready around 1:00. We showed up closer to 1:30 and the car was already washed, detailed, and ready to go. I walked in and she handed me the keys just like I said would happen. We actually bought our Kona at Fontana Hyundai (our 2nd Kona), but switched our services and potential future purchases to Ontario Hyundai since they offer more comprehensive service hours and seem like a larger dealership. We really like our Kona, but we are in the market possibly to switch it out to a Sonata or ELANTRA everything good about Ontario Hyundai I really don’t have any complaints except they don’t wash your car after having service done to it which would’ve been a nice gesture. They just said oh they’re out there on the lot so we didn’t look hence the four stars instead of five but all in all a great dealership and we’re happy to come back when the time comes to trade in the Kona.
